My son Jamie came to you for tutoring about 18 months ago for just one term. Jamie was not an outstanding student at the time and had been rather average in all his subjects in past years. He came for maths tutoring because he wanted to do well at Maths. He just needed that bit of confidence to lift his game and he got exactly that at NumberWorks'nWords. Jamie went on to get overall excellence in NCEA level 1 and excellence in subject in DVT and Maths. He has just completed NCEA level 2 and went into his exams with overall excellence before sitting his external exams. We look forward to seeing his overall results when they come out.

Having said all that, I just wanted to say a huge "Thank you" to you and the NumberWorks'nWords Team (albeit belated) for giving Jamie the confidence he needed to excel. We are very proud of him and the hard work he has done but also feel that the confidence he got from his tutoring was invaluable.
